Another chunk of draft-night and upload work. Here is what managers should notice. DRAFT ROOM • Commissioners can open a draft lobby so the league gets pinged and Draft shows in nav. • Managers check in on the draft page so everyone can see who is ready. • Commissioners can close the room before kickoff (clears check-ins and hides Draft until it opens again). • Season hub highlights an open or live draft with a stronger banner so it feels like a real event. • Synced lottery reveal: every open draft page sees the same countdown, spin, and pick-order cascade. • Lobby sync polish: auto-refresh check-ins, room closes when drafting finishes, order ticker clamps cleanly, and commissioners can reset the draft before any game is uploaded. • Auction drafts track the active lot more reliably. • Live-season team managers count as league members everywhere (claim, assign, proxy, rollover), so check-in Forbidden errors should stop biting assigned managers. UPLOADS • Lifetime stats can take a whole Project Rio StatFiles folder at once (prefers decoded games, accepts raw twins when needed, dedupes by GameID). • Big folders upload in automatic batches so you are less likely to hit a single-request cap. • Crash exports are blocked for league attribution. Quit games need a clear confirm, with a soft notice on lifetime folder uploads. DISCORD AND SHARING • Share images / richer previews for games (score, top batters, MVP when stats exist), plus careers and series. • Discord paste previews also cover more pages: league, season, team, standings, and news. • Standings show an explicit Manager column. STILL ROUGH / NEXT • Keep stress-testing live draft nights and the newer formats (auction especially). Room tools are better; real draft night still needs your bugs. • Auto-upload (Dugout Link) remains admin-only. Folder upload is the big everyday win for lifetime stats right now. • Discord webhook polish (easy test posts, clearer setup) is still ahead of richer share cards. Thanks for the draft-night reports. Keep them coming.
